Charles noticed that one TV was damaged when he opened the box and he volunteered to go back to Sears and get it replaced. Who does that??? Ray and Charles mounted a 65" TV on a wall in my finished basement and suggested having the cable box built into the wall, hidden behind the TV. It looks outstanding and I must say that Ray and Charles were as professional as you could possibly want and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for their services. And their prices are extremely reasonable as well."
